Job Description

The University of New Hampshire Research Computing Center is looking for a product sales and support representative. The candidate will work with the UNHCEMS (University of New Hampshire Chemical Environmental Management System) software development team to manage customer support, sales, software release testing, coordinate monthly online user group meetings, help prioritize customer tasks, manage documentation, find and complete RFP documents, and provide data services to customers. This position will begin as a contract, hourly position 40 hours/week. The initial contract will be for 6 months.

Required Qualifications

The candidate must possess a degree or experience in Environmental Health and Safety and should demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to work with others, and be proficient in technical writing.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.

Salary Information

Commensurate with experience, minimum of $25/hour
