Summary of Position

The Athletics Department at Plymouth State University (PSU) invites applications for a Women’s Volleyball Coach position. We seek a dynamic professional to provide coaching to athletes from our Division III team. The position consists of 60% coaching and 40% administration, and will act as head women’s volleyball coach and hold several administrative duties.
This is a 75% time benefited position.

Duty/Responsibility

Head Coaching Duties: Develop game plan and strategy and implement with practice schedule. Execute game plan during competition. Recruit prospective student athletes. Execute department administrative procedures including NCAA rules, HR rules, media, SID, equipment and department/team events. Oversite of part-time assistant coaches. Monitor student academics and conduct. Coordinate team fundraising and community service.

Duty/Responsibility

Administrative: All game management for Men’s & Women’s Basketball & Softball.

Assist with varying writing and duties in the Assistant Director of Communications office.
Other duties as assigned.
