Job Title NH LTAP PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Job Description

LTAP Workshops and Training:
• Coordinate materials for Instructor / Facilitator to bring to workshop
• Send email reminders to participants
• Create flyers for each workshop
• Create and update Calendar for each Session (Spring and Fall)
• Assist with maintaining contact and other relevant information on Instructors (i.e., area of expertise), venues and caterers
• Assist with coordination and planning for roster of trainings for each Training Season (Spring and Fall)

T2 Registration Database:
• Assist with updating and maintaining all information
• Assist with managing all users and workshop listings
• Assist with registrations for specific workshops

Roads Scholar Program:
• Track all participants’ progress
• Assist with issuing “Change of Level” letters every month (~1st), sent to municipalities and companies, for participants who achieve new levels in the program
• Assist with creation of a Roads Scholar Program Directory after the first of the year
• Create and update promotional materials

Local, State and Federal Liaison:
• Attend NH LTAP Advisory Board meetings
• Attend NLTAPA meetings
• Serve on local, state or national committees, as requested

Public Events:
• Attend public events and/or conferences as an Exhibitor for T2, LTAP and/or other organizations affiliated with T2 such as NHPWA and NHPWMA
• Attend public events and/or conferences as an attendee

Assist with the Newsletter, Website, Social Media and Online publications

Travel Arrangements:
• Register staff for events
• Arrange hotel rooms and rental vehicles

Office Management:
• Answer office phone lines
• Deliver financial reports and materials to the Business Service Center
• Check, sort and deliver office mail
• Monitor the office fax and copier

Maintain and keep storage area organized

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative setting
• Able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexible availability (no weekends)
• Can multitask on many different projects

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 10 pounds (boxes of materials)
• Be able to stand for lengthy periods

FTE 50
Salary Information

$14.00 an hour; non benefited position.
